The car compartment board has a great influence on the quality utilization coefficient and service life of the car. There are four basic structural forms of automobile carriage panels: flat bottom type, bottom type, semi-convex tail up type and convex tail up type. Flat-bottomed trucks are mainly used for light and medium-sized dump trucks with side-tilting and three-sided dump trucks; large and medium-sized rear-tipping dump trucks can be used in conjunction with bottom, semi-bumpy and bumpy car panels.
The invention relates to a carriage board with a flat bottom and three side plates open, which is used for a three-sided dump truck. The carriage plate is composed of the carriage plate underframe assembly, side plate, rear panel, rear panel suspension assembly, side plate padlock mechanism, etc. The carriage plate underframe composed of two groove longitudinal beams and several cross beams is provided under the carriage plate floor, which is welded to the bottom plate of the carriage plate to improve its strength and facilitate the connection between the triangle arm (connecting rod) of the unloading mechanism and the lifting hydraulic cylinder. The side panel can be opened up and down, and the side panel lock handle is manually operated. The rear panel is controlled by an automatic locking mechanism. The front panel is welded with the bottom plate of the carriage, and a rear window is opened in the middle to facilitate the driver to look back.
In addition, the carriage board often has a variety of small problems during use. At this time, it needs to be maintained and repaired regularly. From the perspective of relevant industry standards, the carriage board should meet the following two major maintenance. Basic requirements:
① The longitudinal and transverse beams of wooden carriage panels shall be made of hardwood and dry. The upper and lower planes of vertical and horizontal beams shall be perpendicular to the sides, and the straightness error shall not be greater than 10mm. The included angle between the longitudinal beam and the transverse beam shall be kept at 90 °, and the total length of the gap between the container bottom plates shall not be greater than 2mm. The hinge of each side plate shall be nailed firmly, and the gap between each side of the closed side plate shall not be greater than 5mm. The side plates and bottom plates of the assembled container should be flat, and the left and right side plates should be parallel, and the height difference should not be more than 10mm. All angle irons, hinge brackets, canopy hooks, canopy pole sockets, locking hooks and container linings of the container side panels shall be repaired and equipped.
② The side plates and bottom plates of metal containers shall be corrected for bending, inclination and uneven surface. If there is a crack, it should be repaired by welding. Severely corroded or cracked parts shall be repaired by excavation and welding. The repaired side and bottom plates shall be of correct shape and flat surface.
It can be seen that the car compartment board not only needs to look at its structural form in terms of utilization, but also meets certain standards in terms of later maintenance.
