At the same time, the vigorous development of automobiles has also led to the development of many industries, including the production and processing of car panels, so what problems should be paid attention to when sandblasting the car panels:

1. Wear protective equipment before work, and do not work with bare arms. At least two people should work.

2. Gas tank, pressure gauge and safety valve shall be checked regularly. The air tank discharges dust every two weeks, and the filter in the sand tank is checked once a month.

3. Check whether the ventilation pipe and the sandblasting machine door are sealed. 5 minutes before work, the ventilation and dust removal equipment must be started. When the ventilation and dust removal equipment fails, the sandblasting machine is prohibited from working.

4. The compressed air valve should be opened slowly, and the air pressure should not exceed 0.8MPa.

5. The sand blasting particle size should be adapted to the work requirements, generally between No. 10 and No. 20, and keep it dry.

6. When the sandblasting machine is working, irrelevant personnel shall not approach. Stop the machine while cleaning and adjusting the operating parts.

7. Do not use compressed air to blow dust or make jokes.

8. After the work is over, the ventilation and dust removal equipment should continue to run for 5 minutes, and then shut down to discharge indoor dust and keep the site clean. In case of personal and equipment accidents, the site shall be protected and reported to the relevant departments.

The main shape of the carriage board:

(3) Convex-concave or wavy undulations. Part of the carriage plate body is uneven, the outer edge of the log end surface is wavy, such as goose ear brand, Lingnan machinery, etc. The body of some tree species is wavy, such as false alder and alder.
